Unless we sign a separate written agreement, all Deliverables, source code, and underlying technology remain the property of AmareDigital. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Deliverables as hosted by us for your business purposes during the term of service and subject to payment.

• use the services and Deliverables only within the agreed scope and for lawful purposes;
• do not copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Deliverables or services;
• do not access, request, or attempt to reverse engineer source code or underlying systems;
• do not remove proprietary notices or use our branding without permission;
• feature requests, updates, or changes are at our discretion and may require additional fees.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or security risk. Upon termination, your license ends and we may disable access to hosted Deliverables.

The website and services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. AmareDigital makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results or outcomes will meet your requirements. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and availability.

In no event shall AmareDigital or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the website or services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cyprus.
